Mis-adventures of a Letterboxer-Errant

Fish truck

fish truck

Another OINK? We happened upon a fish truck on our way up Namsan Mt looking for the arboretum. The tank rnrB & trkr are pointing to contained squid/cuttlefish. The other tank contained sea cucumber-like creatures. They're bumpy, squatty looking oval-shaped sea cucumbers. Red, orange and white shades with sort of a green tip. Kind of resembled a giant red turnip with large red pointy warts all around it. Bizarre! I still can't get anybody to tell me what they are in English--and they're not in rnrB's science textbook. We studied tide pool creatures today before our outing--nope, they're not there in the book! One day I might actually figure out what they are. Until then, know that many of them are sold to Korean families all around this country--for, I presume, food. ;)
