Interesting temple near the Forbidden City

After exploring the Forbidden City, we climbed up a neighborhing hill to a temple that boasts a great view of the Forbidden City. The hill itself was a rocky, craggy highpoint in Beijing that was surrounded by flowering cherry trees, peonies and gingko biloba trees. Beautiful spot!
