Clouds in the Surf

I love these photos of the clouds in the water. The water was smooth as glass as the tide was heading out.

I'm still trying to figure out what this cetaecean is. I'm leaning toward a Harbour Porpoise but most of those descriptions say that it has a white to grey underbelly. What we found definitely had a dark black underbelly. This could have also been a Dall's Porpoise but those have a coloring that 'fades' from black to grey to white on the tail, pectoral fin and other parts. This one was totally black.
