7 Nymphs?

Seven Nymphs Bridge high above Triple Falls of Cheonjeyeon

My first reaction to this bridge was that it was a bit 'tacky' for me. Just had that 'plastic' feel about it. Then, my next reaction was--if it's supposed to be Seven Nymphs--why are there 14 nymphs on it? ;) There's a legend that accompanies these triple waterfalls here (as with every other natural and cultural sight to see on Chejudo)--the nymphs were hand maids of the Emperor who descended from heaven in the middle of the night to bathe in the pool.
