Mis-adventures of a Letterboxer-Errant

Fruit Stand

Dried Fruit Stand

These dried fruits were delectable! We purchased a kilo of two different types of kiwi--one type with black seeds, the other with beige seeds. The lady insisted the difference between both types was that one was sweet and the other sour but both types were incredibly sweet. The dark fruits in the front are dried plums. To the top right of them was some sort of dried, caramelized apples. They tasted like apple pie! There were apricots, litchi, apples, banana chips, pineapple chunks, etc. Mmmmm!!!

There were also kiosks with rows and rows of different types of nuts and seeds. Walnuts, peanuts, macadamia nuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, you name it!
