Hackey sack friend

We saw kids playing with a unique 'hackey sack' type toy. It appeared to be metal washers/caps connected together with a screw capped off on one side with feathers and the other side with a rubber base. You 'juggle' the toy on your feet/knees like a 'hackey sack' or a 'soccer ball'. It would make an interesting sound when you bounced it off various body parts--like coins hitting eachother. It was fun to attempt and the kids eventually left with a couple of toys for themselves.
