North Gate Xi'an from atop the Wall

Here's a view of the North Gate from atop the 12m high wall. It's quite impressive. We were able to climb inside the gate all the way to the top (attic) and walk about the eaves. That was very unique. You'll noticed some of the dancers from the procession on the red carpet in the center of the square. Very colorful!
